Self-Defense Classes in Jefferson
Self-Defense Curricula
Both our Children’s Karate classes and our adult classes focus on teaching effective means of defending yourself. Our program emphasizes truly traditional martial arts, which were designed to work in the “real world.” While holding on to our traditional values, we teach anything that proves effective. While we do occasionally participate in sports events, our focus will always remain on effective self-defense.
Call or email for Private Lessons
Private lessons are available on a very limited basis. Our private martial arts lessons are customized for individual needs. We can teach our traditional curriculum, or design a curriculum based on your individual goals, regardless of what they are. If you prefer a kickboxing regimen for competition or just for part of your exercise plans, or if you want to just learn self-defense, a personal course can be designed for you.
Self-Defense for small Groups
We often conduct self-defense courses for small groups, starting with high school age. Pricing may vary, depending on the number of participants and the time commitment. We offer discounts and occasional free courses for certain nonprofit organizations. Availability is extremely limited, call for prices and schedule.
