Children’s Karate 

Children’s martial arts classes learn the same curriculum as adults, and the testing criteria is also the same. While we focus on self-defense training, we also understand that parents want children to learn discipline, focus and respect. We achieve these goals by teaching a demanding curriculum in our children’s Karate classes and requiring the children to test at the same standards as adults, rather than making a curriculum easier for the children.
Children’s Karate classes focus more on developing focus and discipline in the early stages, but will also improve fitness and build their skills in the process.

Our adult classes focus on self-defense, but will give you many other benefits.  
Karate classes will help to build fitness, relieve stress and build your self-confidence.
Our curriculum builds strength gradually. Whatever your current fitness level, our beginner classes won’t overwhelm you. You’ll build strength and stamina while focusing on skill development.
As you develop, the regimen will increase both physical and mental demands, and help you to achieve fitness of both mind and body.

We also offer special classes beyond our core martial arts program. We understand that not everyone can commit to continuous study. We have also provided special self-defense classes for several groups to teach the basic principles of defending oneself.
Although it is better to train for self-defense regularly, we do have short-term classes, seminars, and curricula for a wide variety of groups. A few of the classes that we have developed for different groups include:
