Traditional Karate in Jefferson, GA

Traditional Self-Defense for the Modern World

People have trained traditional Karate for hundreds of years for one simple reason:  it works.  Our martial arts classes prepare for real-life encounters.

While our purpose for training is for self-defense, our students need to develop several skills to defend themselves effectively.  Students will develop focus and discipline while also building strength and endurance.

Traditional martial arts classes also instill traditional values.  Our program teaches courtesy and respect and reinforces the values that parents teach their children at home.
